Community Justice Scorecard Project (CJS – Project) to mobilizing public opinion through development of justice scorecard
Loka Ahlinn seeks to develop a “public monitoring system” to measure the quality of local justice services. This will be done through active participation of the people. The project will organize a series of workshops and facilitate discussions between the public and service providers to produce “justice scorecards”. The justice scorecards will feed into the justice sector reform debates in Mon, Kayin, and Shan states.
