Website and Facebook Page Development for Union Legal Aid Board

The Legal Aid Law (No.10/2016, as amended 2017) establishes the Union Legal Aid Board (ULAB)with the responsibility of developing an effective national legal aid system to ensure fairness and equal rights in criminal proceedings, to reduce unlawful and unnecessary detention of the criminally accused, to educate the public about rights relating to legal aid, and to improve public trust in the justice system. As a newly established government institution, the ULAB wishes to develop an online presence to inform relevant governmental, international and community stakeholders of its mandate and activities, and promote greater understanding and access to legal aid across the country.

MyJustice is seeking a partner to develop the ULAB’s website and Facebook page and provide the ULAB with an appropriate solution for continuous management and updating of these pages.

The RFP provides all the details including the deliverables required as well as the details needed in the technical proposal. Potential suppliers must complete the document templates provided as Annex 2 and 3 in line with the Specifications provided under Section 7 of the RPF.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to myjustice@mm.britishcouncil.org no later than 1700 hrs (Myanmar time) on Thursday, 9 May 2019. MyJustice will accept applications received at any time up to that date and time.
